Innovative ideas are the competitive edge for most entrepreneurial companies. As Dhirubhai Ambani said “Think big, Think fast, Think ahead. Ideas are no one’s monopoly.” Ideas can come from anyway and it is not limited to the company's boundary or to specific sources, what matters is the quality of the idea.  

I urge you to come up with the productive ideas towards simplifying the work & process and make the delivery beneficial to all (customers, partners, you and the company).

Ideas can be sought by the mindset of not knowing all, so that we can search for new ideas; learn good ideas from anything and everything, it can be from competitors, your inner circle, nature…; be genuinely interested in seeking new ideas and celebrate when someone comes up with the good one.
